Trust & Will Ranks Among Highest-Scoring Businesses on Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2022

SAN DIEGO, CA - May 10, 2022 –Trust & Will, the leading digital estate and cryptocurrency planning platform, announced today it has been named to Inc. Magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list, scoring a 95.79 out of a possible 100. The list is the result of a comprehensive survey and measurement of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company culture, whether operating in-person or virtual. 

This is the second consecutive year that Trust & Will was recognized as an Inc. Best Workplace. The startup implemented a remote-first policy for employees in March 2020, prioritizing a positive work-life balance and flexible working schedule. Despite being fully remote, the company is headquartered and retains offices in San Diego, providing a hybrid work option for those who prefer to work in the office.

Each nominated company took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking.
